Warm-up;
Elevated leg planks hold 1 min x3 (partner hold legs)
1/2 gasser x3 (30 secs to complete and rest)
Xfit WOD;
Complete four rounds of 1 minute at each station. Rest 1 minute between rounds.
BB Thrusters – (Rx’d 65 lbs, 35 lbs)
Box Jump – 20 inch box
Sumo high pulls – (Rx’s 65 lbs, 35 lbs)
Half court plank walk (use towel)
*Spend one minute at each of the four stations, resulting in a four-minute round after which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. This event calls for four rounds. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of ‘rotate,’ the athletes must move to the next station immediately. One point is given for each rep completed.
