Since today is Christmas, how many would like to sleep in and meet at 7am tomorrow? If the majority leave a comment saying yes we’ll meet at 7am. If only a couple leave a comment, plan on being at the Y at regular time.

Xfit WOD:

“Death by Burpees”

With a running 20 minute clock, first minute 1 burpee, second minute 2 burpees…etc.
