18 Power squat cleans
18 Box jumps
15 Power squat cleans
15 Box jumps
12 Power squat cleans
12 Box jumps
9 Power squat cleans
9 Box jumps
6 Power squat cleans
6 Box jumps
3 Power squat cleans
3 Box jumps

At the end of the last set of box jumps, sprint two laps around the white lines on the field behind the Y.
