Got two birthday’s this week! Happy bday Lisa and Greg!! Lisa has invited everyone to coffee after tomorrow’s WOD and is covering the bill! This means one coffee, Mo, Chris, Chad, Peter, David, Greg, Mike, Kevin, Jason, Tank, Scott, Chuck. Don’t try to manipulate the system…Darren, if you can drink with one hand show up!

Buy-in – 50 Thrusters (barbell only)
30 minute AMRAP of:
52 Push ups
48 Pull ups
52 Box jumps (24/20″)
48 Back squats (115/75)
**3,2,1…go P1 completes a mile run (WITH WEIGHTED VEST) while P2 works on the Rx’d exercises. Once P1 finishes his/her run, P2 goes for their mile run while P1 starts with push ups. When P2 returns, both partners start with push ups, split reps and complete one full round. If time remains, partners finish WOD with an 800M run (WITHOUT VEST.)
