**Time Change** Majority has requested a later start time. Please arrive at 7am.

Don’t forget to sign up for Team Duncan Deviants. For the team’s score to count we need 3 males and 3 females signd up. Registration stops this Wednesday @ 6pm.

Warm Up:

3 rounds;
10 Mountain Climbers (kness outside of arms)
10 Star Shooters
10 V-Ups

Xfit WOD:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes;

3 Any Way Overhead – 95#/65# (scaled 75#/45#)
6 Push Ups
9 Squats

*Any Way Overhead means just that. You can press, push press, push jerk, split jerk, rack jerk or any other way overhead. You can start and finish in a rack.

Equipment needed;
Mats
Rx’d or scaled weight and bars

To reduce set up time and equipment, we’ll partner up and have two athletes use one Rx’d or scaled weight and bar. First athlete completes 3 OH then next athlete starts.
