CROSS FIT GAMES SEASON IS UPON US

It’s official, Team Duncan Deviants has been created and registered on the Cross Fit Games website. Those that are interested in joining Team Duncan Deviants, please register as an individual at Games to create an “athlete profile”. You must register as an individual to join a team. There is a cost of $20 to register as an individual. Once registration is confirmed you’ll be able to join a team. An athlete can participate both as an individual and on one team.

The Games Open will start February 22nd and run until March 25th. There will be 5 WOD’s, one each week, where athletes have 96 hours from when the WOD is posted to submit proof to Cross Fit HQ to be valid. The results of each WOD will be posted on the site’s leaderboard.

Since Xfit Deviant is not a Cross Fit affiliate gym a video of each WOD must be administered for each individual participating on the team. Each week Team Duncan Deviants will determine the best day to validate the WOD. A team must consist of at least 3 male and 3 female athletes. The top 3 male and 3 female WOD scores each week will be aggregated and placed on the site’s leaderboard.

We are all in great shape, let’s see where we compared to thousands of other Cross Fit athletes across the world! Get’em!

Warm up:

100 Jumping Jacks

Xfit WOD:

3 rounds; first round 3 minutes at each station, second round 2 minutes and last round 1 minute – 30 second rest when rotating to next station.

Stations;
Wall Ball (20#/14#)
Bear Complex 75#/45# (1 rep = 1 deadlift, 1 hang clean, 1 front squat, 1 push press)
Swings (35#/20#)
Burpee Box Jump (16″)

Teams of two (male/female) will add reps and post total to comments.

3 Olympic bars
6 15lbs bumper plates
4 body pump bars w/ 45lbs of weight
3 20lbs wall balls
3 14lbs wall balls
2 35lb dumbbells
1 35lb KB
3 20 lb KB’s
4 box jump tops
48 risers
