The gym is closed for floor repair until next Tuesday. The next 3 WOD’s will be either outside or in the studio next to the weight room.
Warm up:
800m run or 500m row (pick what’s available)
Xfit WOD:
AMRAP in 30 minutes of;
7 kettlebell swings (53#-Darren, bring the “pig”/30#)
14 push ups
21 BW squats (butt must touch wall ball)
This is a partner WOD – Partner #1 will perform the work listed above. Parther #2 will run 400m or row 500m (whatever is available). Once partner #2 returns from the run or row, Partner #1 will begin their 400m run or 500m row while Partner # 2 continues work wherever #1 left off.
