20 Mountain climbers (each step counts as 1 rep)
Rest 3 minutes…then
WOD #2;
Every minute, on the minute, for 10 minutes, perform:
3 Power Cleans (120#/75#)
5 Burpees
If you start at WOD #2, when you complete the 10 minutes rest 3 minutes then begin WOD #1.
