Warm Up:

Warmy
EMOM for 5 minutes of;
1/2 gassers (10 mountain climbers in between rds – knees outside of elbows)

Xfit WOD #1:
7 minute AMRAP of;
kettlebell swings
Partner up and pick a weight. Do as many swings as possible between you and your partner without setting the KB on the ground. One suicide needs to be completed before a switch can happen. You’ll have 3 minutes to rest before WOD #2 starts.

WOD #2:
Teams of 2, 10 minute AMRAP of;
5 squat cleans (125#/85#)
7 burpees (make sure to jump and touch 6″ above your reach)
9 box jumps (24″/20″)
One partner will complete an entire round. When partner 1 is done, partner 2 will begin and complete an entire round while partner 1 rests. Continue for 10 minutes. Score is total rounds completed between both partners.
Rest for 3 minutes then start WOD #1
