Warm Up:

Warmy
5×3; deadlift (1), front squat (1) and push press (1)
weight at 75/45 1st round; add 10 pounds each set thereafter.

Xfit WOD:

12 minute partner AMRAP of;
30 DU’s
15 power snatches (or clean/press)
You will have 12 minutes to complete as many rounds as possible of 30 double-unders and 15 (75#/55#) power snatches. Only one athlete will work at a time, and must alternate after completing one full round.

Rest 2 minutes….then

6 minute AMRAP of;
5 bar facing burpees while partner hold handstand.

Pull up WOD:
20,12,11,11,10
