Xfit WOD:
Teams of 2 perform the following;
Pull up’s
Wall balls (20/14)
Push up’s
KB swings (35/25)
DU’s
Hang snatch (75/45)
Ball slam
Body weight squats
SDHP (75/45)
Row (750M total row, damper set at 6)
Goal – for teams to complete 80 reps (40 reps/athlete) at each station excluding the rower, teams to complete a 750M row. Teams will have 3 minutes to achieve the Rx’d rep count at each station. Teams must move to next station when time is called. Only 1 partner working at a time and rest is determined if available before time is called.
Pull Up WOD:
5×10 (full extension)
