Warm up:
Warmy+
Take 10 minutes and work on your squat. Set a running clock at 10 minutes and begin to work on your squat with the last 3-5 minutes holding a bottom position squat. Hold on the something while in bottom position if necessary, try touching one knee to the ground then the other but stay in the bottom position for 3-5 minutes after warming up. Use this as a test and we’ll retest in a couple weeks to see if we’ve improved.
Xfit WOD:
Weather says 28 degrees at 5:30am, therefore garages will be implemented to support the WOD. My garage will be open to 2-3 people. Let me know and I’ll send my address if you need it. If Scott, Kevin and or Chris want to open their garage let us know.
