Warm up:

Warmy+

100 thrusters (barbell only) + partner wheel barrel walks (to half court). Break up thrusters however you want but every break BOTH partners walk.

Xfit WOD:

1,2,3…10 then 10,9,8…1 of;

Burpee to KB swing

2,4,6…20 then 20,18,16…2 of;

DU’s

1,2,3…10 then 10,9,8…1 of;

Step up while holding KB (20”)

**Every 2 minutes 3 T2B

Pull up work

3×10 + couch stretch 2 minutes per leg.
