FYI – an email from the Y (Cate) regarding the group – I was just going over class participation averages for the summer and noticed that members still seem resistant to registering for YFit classes. I know we’ve been working together since last summer to communicate the importance of registration in order to continue reserving gym space for this group. Unfortunately, I will not be able to reserve that space any longer. I will be taking the class off of our group fitness schedule beginning September 1. Your crew is still welcome to use the gym on a first-come, first-serve community basis. If other members wish to share the space while you are working out, I do ask that you help accommodate other members. I don’t foresee too many conflicts so early in the morning, but please let me know if anything does come up.

4×3 GTO + run to mid field and back

Xfit WOD:

3 rds. for time, complete the following;

Partners start at South end of field, P1 completes the following then P2;

25 power cleans (95/65)

Once P2 has completed his/her Rx’d rep count, partners pick up the barbell and lunge to the North side of the field. Once across the line, P1 performs the exercise then P2 and back to the South side of the field. Complete this sequence 2 more time for a total of 3 rounds.

Pull up work;
