Warm up:

Warmy+

400M run + 50 jumping jacks

Xfit WOD:

  • AMRAP (with a Partner) in 24 minutes
  • Buy-In: 1 mile run w/ partner (both partners run a mile, 5 laps around field)
  • Then, in the remaining time, AMRAP of:
  • 12 Synchro Push-Ups
  • 9 Synchro Walking Lunges
  • 12 Synchro Wall ball
  • 9 Synchro Sit-Ups
  • Wear a Weight Vest (20/14 lb).
