Xfit WOD:

For time, 760 TOTAL reps of;

Burpees, Pull-Ups, Wall Balls, Wall Ball Cleans, KB Swings, KB Squats, 600M run, HRPU’s, Power Cleans (95/65), Plank Box Jumps.

38 reps/exercise/partner. The 600M run counts for 38 reps (while P1 runs, P2 can work on an exercise, and once done, P1 works that same exercise while P2 runs). Plank box jumps go – P1 in plank while P2 jumps over then right into plank. P1 comes up from the plank and jumps over P2…continue until each partner completes 38 reps.
