Xfit WOD #1:
Teams of 2, 6 minute broad jump
Athlete one jumps 1 broad jump while athlete two is in plank position. Athlete two then jumps 2 broad jumps while athlete one is in plank position. Athlete one jumps 3 broad jump while athlete two is in plank position….etc until time expires.
Xfit WOD #2:
Teams of 3 or 4 complete AMRAP within 14 minutes of;
Sprint
BW squats
burpees
Post total broad jumps, rounds and reps to comments.
