5×3 OHS (practice good shoulder position; arms locked out, biceps facing forward, triceps engaged. Work on below parallel depth with knees pushing out.) 10 minute cut off.

Xfit WOD:

EMOM for 12 minutes of:
5 hang cleans (95/65)
5 box jumps (24″/20″)
Both of the exercises performed each minute

5 minutes rest

As many rounds and reps in 12 minutes of:
10 burpees over a wall ball
10 wall balls (20/14)
