Warm Up:

Warmy
3 rd. of;
25 jumping jacks
25 mountain climbers
10 v-up’s

Xfit WOD:

Teams of 2 of;
lunges
25 push up’s

As a team, you’ll begin lunging at baseline (out on field) to mid field. While lunging one partner must carry 25# plate (guys) 10# plate (girls) – switch at any time. Once both partners reach mid field, weighted push up’s (25#/10#) – each partner must complete 25 push up’s before lunging back to baseline. Once back to baseline, again weighted push up’s. You’ll then lunge all the way to opposite baseline while carrying the weighted plate. Push up’s again then start lunging your way back. Time is called when you finish your last set of push up’s at the starting baseline.
