Warm Up:

5,5,5,3,3,1 of squat cleans (75/55) and push presses (75/55)
10 DU’s in between sets (for those learning DU’s attempt 5 in between sets)
Xfit WOD:
30 clean and jerks for time (115/75)
In teams of two, alternate in sets of 2 back and forth until you get to 30. Bar must be placed back on ground before second partner can pick-up their bar. Must do 2 reps at a time back and forth.
Then…
Each partner completes the following for time;
100 box jumps (24/20)
100 wall balls (20/14)
Pull up work;
19,12,11,10,10
