After today’s WOD I’ll be on vacation, back December 7th.  I’ll post as many WOD’s as I can.  Happy Thanksgiving.

2×3 power clean

2×3 push press

Xfit WOD:

7 rounds for time;

7 deadlifts 115/75

7 hang clean 115/75

7 front squat 115/75

Pull up work;

5×10
