Suicide
10 barbell rows
10 K2E push ups
Down side step, back karaoke
Down hamstring stretch, back lunge twist
5 broad jumps
Calf stretch

Take 5 minutes to warm up on today’s exercises. 

Xfit WOD:

Six rounds for time of:
24 Squats
12 Push-ups
24 Walking lunge steps (95/65)
100 DU’s (odd #’s), reverse suicide (even #’s)
