100 KB swings (53/35)
100 Box jumps (24/20″)

Immediately after WOD 1 is complete, start WOD 2;

With a partner, alternate sets back and forth for max reps:
1 minute of buprees
1 minute of wall balls
rest 30 secs
2 minutes of buprees
2 minutes of wall balls
rest 30 secs
1 minute of burpees
1 minute of wall balls

Pull up work;
