Warm up:

Warmy+

25 jumping jack

10 squats 

10 wall ball throws 

25 jumping jacks

Xfit WOD:

Teams of 2 complete the following;

1 mile run (P1)

While P2 completes;

50 wall ball cleans, 50 push ups, 50 sit ups 

Once P1 & 2 have completed the run and exercises, perform a total of 50 burpees to plate.  Face the plate and alternate reps. 

Pull up work;
