2×3 (ea exercise) cleans, front squat and OHS
Xfit WOD:
5 rounds (ea partner) for time of;
P1 lunges (75/55 – front rack position) to P2 (white line to blue line). Drop weight sprint to opposite white line, complete 10 squats, 10 HRPU’s and 5 broad jumps then meet partner where they will drop the weight. Before starting 2 round (and those after) preform 10 hang snatches (75/55) then start lunges again.
Pull up work;
