Happy 4th of July! The Y is not open on Monday so after today’s WOD, next post will be July 6th.

Warmy+

Deadlifts 5×3 (@ approx. 60-65% of your 1RM)

Xfit WOD:

Teams of 2 complete the following of time;
5 Deadlifts (175/115)
10 Box jumps (30/24)

P1 starts at white line on field, completes 5 deadlifts then rolls bar to box jump station (half way between starting white line to mid field white line). Performs 10 box jumps then rolls bar to P2 who starts same sequence but in opposite direction. P1 walks back to his/her original position and waits until P2 rolls bar back to them. Complete 8 rounds per partner.
