Warm Up:

5 rounds or 2 power cleans + 2 push presses (work up to a weight that you’re able to complete both the PC and PP)
Xfit WOD:
3 rounds of;
36 Power cleans (95/65)
36 Front squat (95/65)
36 Burpees
Anytime an athlete needs to stop, P1 and P2 need to complete 36 DU’s (or 2:1 singles) before continuing.
Time Cap 18 minutes.
