50 DU’s in between sets (2:1 singles)
10 minute cap

Xfit WOD:

As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
3 Push press (115/75)
3 Box jump overs (24″/20″)
3 Push press (115/75)
6 Box jump overs (24″/20″)
* Push press reps remain at 3
Add 3 reps to each round of box jump overs. Follow your partner.

Pull up work;
