**Power clean, front squat, push press (95/65)

10 ab mat sit ups

20 DU’s (3:1 singles)

…each round 

**Each set must be completed before a switch is made. Once P1 has completed the Rx’d rep count, he/she can immediately start sit up’s then move to DU’s.  P2 needs to complete their DU’s before P1 starts round 2 and thereafter.
