Teams of 2 complete the following for time. 

21 back squats (95/65)

3 power snatch (95/65)

18 back squats

6 power snatch

15 back squats

9 power snatch 

12 back squats

12 power snatch 

9 back squats

15 power snatch 

6 back squats

18 power snatch 

3 back squats

21 power snatch 

Perform 10 burpees to plate (45#) in between each superset of 2 or a total of 7 sets of burpees.  Start the WOD with burpees. 

Pull up work;
