5 rounds for time of;
10 Deadlifts (95/65)
10 Hang cleans (95/65)
10 Push press (95/65)
20 Box jumps (24/20″)
*P1 completes bar work prior to P2 starting. Once P2 completes bar work, P1 can begin jumping. Half way through P1’s rep count P2 start jumping (alternate jumps). P1 can begin rd 2 once P2 finishes Rx’d rep count on box jumps. Continue this sequence until each person completes 5 rds.
