Warm up:

2x2x2 of squat clean, hang clean and push press + run baseline to baseline after each rd. 

Xfit WOD:

For time (teams of 2) of;

10 Power cleans (95/65)

10 plate pushes (a rep equals down and back), 45×2, 45. 

Farmer walk (Barbell overhead, using PC weight)   P1 walks to the North end of the gym, P2 walks to the South end of the gym. That completes round 1, nine to go. 

Pull up work;
