Warm up:

Warmy+

3 rounds of;

2 power cleans

2 front squats

2 push press

Xfit WOD:

60 total partner burpees + wall ball throw to partner – P1 performs a burpee, grabs the wall ball and tosses it to P2, who’s standing 15 ft away. P2 performs a burpee, grabs the wall ball and tosses it back to P1 = 4 reps (each athlete will complete 15 burpees + wall ball tosses before moving on the next WOD.)

Then…5 rounds (each partner) for time of;

20 wall balls

15 slam ball over shoulder (AHAP)

10 (5 each leg) front rack lunge, 115/75

5 stick jumps (24″/20″)

P2 follows P1

Pull up work
