Xfit WOD:

7 Rounds for time of;

7 Box jumps (32/24″)

7 Thrusters (95/65 lb)

7 Bent over rows (95/65)

7 Deadlifts (185/115)

7 Burpees

7 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)

7 Pull-Ups (can sub w/ band or jumping pull ups)

Follow your partner, one working at a time.

Pull up work;

5×5 strict w/ 2 sec hold at top of bar.
