Xfit WOD:

30 Wall Balls (20/14 lb)

30 Hang Cleans (95/65 lb)

30 Jumping Pull-Ups

30 Deadlifts (95/65 lb)

30 Push-Ups

30 Box Jumps (24/20 in)

30 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)

30 HSUP’s (modified, toes on bleacher)

30 Air Squats

30 Hang Snatches (95/65 lb)

30 Double-Unders

30 Ab Mat Sit-Ups

30 Burpees

**Time cap 35 minutes. Between you and your partner figure out best rep count to finish Rx’d WOD total. Each athlete completes 30 reps/station. Partners working at same time except on bar work, pull ups and wall balls.
