Get-together update this Sunday; so far Chris, Kevin, me, Mo, Ben and Chuck and families have committed. Anyone else?

Warm Up:

Warmy+

2×2 Power clean, 2×2 Hang snatch, 2×2 Push press + 25 DU’s after each exercise set.

Xfit WOD:

  • For Time:
  • 4 times around field
  • 50 Wallballs (20/14)
  • 40 Box Jumps (24/20)
  • 30 Burpees
  • 20 Power Snatches (115/75)

**P1 runs first while P2 completes exercises. A switch only occurs once P2 finishes all exercises. P1 starts at PS and moves up the ladder. Once both athletes have completed a cycle of exercises, move back down the ladder, splitting reps until athletes finish 10 reps each on PS.
