Wall sits

Xfit WOD:

For time:
DU’s 200 (2:1 singles)

Then, 3 rounds:
50 Deadlift, 135#(95#)
50 Burpees
50 Box jumps, 24″(20″)

Run 1 mile

**partners can split the reps, DU’s and run however they see fit.  For example, one partner could be running (their 800m) while the other partner is working on DU’s (their 100)…etc.
