Warm Up:
Warmy+
Take 7 minutes warming up to your 5RM deadlift. Bear crawl to half court and back in between sets.
Xfit WOD:
A – as many partner Wall Balls as possible for 5 minutes.
A – as heavy as possible 10 rep deadlift (between you and your partner **cumulative weight**) within 5 minutes
R – run as many suicides (between you and your partner) as possible for 5 minutes **one person at a time.
O – overhead lunges (75/55) down to baseline, switch with partner, he/she walks back to baseline. As many rounds as possible in 5 minutes.
N – ninety total reps (between you and your partner) of either T2B, K2B or knees to waist within 5 minutes.
