Warmy+

Take 7 minutes to warm up on today’s Barbell movements. Every time you set the bar down perform 3 burpees, minimum 20 burpees.

50 deadlifts (115/75)
50 walking lunges
40 back squats (115/75)
40 toes-to-bars
30 power cleans (115/75)
30 burpee box jumps, 24 inch
20 thrusters (115/75)
20 DU’s (3:1 singles)
