Barbell only push press 100 total reps

Plate push (same weight) x4/team

Hang snatch (pull top two weights off of plate stack) or 65/55 for barbell weight, 76 total reps

Plate push x6/team

Front squat (add next 2 plates from stack on barbell) 95/75 50 total reps

Plate push x8/team

Deadlifts (add next 2 plates from stack on barbell) 185/145 26 total reps
