3 cycles of; 1 power clean, 1 front squat, 1 push press, 1 back squat and 1 push press. 20 jumping jacks in between sets

Xfit WOD:

WOD #1

10 minute partner WOD:

Partner 1 completes 2 thrusters (95/65)

Then 2 synchronized burpees

Partner 2 completes 2 thrusters

Then 2 synchronized burpees

Partner 1 completes 4 thrusters

Then 4 synchronized burpees

Partner 2 completes 4 thrusters

Then 4 synchronized burpees

And so on…

1 minute rest…then

WOD #2

10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 of;

Push press (95/65)

T2B

**P1 starts on push press while P2 on T2B, switch when both have completed their Rx’d rep count.
