So the show goes on. Although the Y will be closed until 3/29 or until further notice, I’ll continue to program (tomorrow out on the field at the Y) and then programming to support groups of 2-4 which could be held at garages, i.e. Neil, Scott, Darren and Chris’. During this time it’s important we stay safe and keep our distance (a full 100 yards from Chuck) from each other to keep us and our families healthy. Ok, enough public announcements. Let’s get to WOD’ing!

Use barbell and warm up with squat cleans + 100 yard run down and back.
Xfit WOD:
5 rds for time of;
400M run
15 hang cleans (95/65)
10 front squats (95/65)
5 push press (95/65)
While partner runs, P2 completes the Rx’d rep count.
