So with the Y field closed now and most parks…etc. it’s my recommendation we workout from our homes until this “self-isolation” is over. It sucks but hopefully it’s over within the next 2-4 weeks. Until then I’ll continue to post WOD’s as if we were at the Y. For those who have equipment you should be able to complete the WOD. Those that don’t, I’ll try to sub an exercise that matches the WOD exercise. You might need to get creative with what you have around the your house to finish the WOD. If anyone has ideas and/or suggestions feel free to share. Now back to the WOD!

Warm up:

Warmy+

4×3 power snatch + 20 (total) mtn climbers.

Xfit WOD:

6 rds of:

10 hang snatch (95/65) (sub bar with weighted object, dumbbell, water jug, a big rock, sandbag and take from ground to overhead)

20 front squats (75/55) (sub using object above for the weight)

10 K2B (sub w/ v-ups)

Push up/Pull ups work

5 rds of; 5 push ups to the right, 5 to the left then 5 strict pull ups.
