Power cleans (95/65)
**P1 starts on PC’s while P2 carries KB (53/35) to other side of field. P2 stops when P1 finishes PC’s, drops KB and runs back to PC’s and starts. P1 runs to pick up KB then continues the walk until P2 finishes. Repeat down to 1 rep on PC’s
Station 2
10,9,8…1 of;
Weighted KB (53/35) lunges (right leg and left leg = 1 rep)
While P1 starts lunging, P2 holds plank. Switch once P1 completes his/her lunges. Repeat down to 1 rep.
Station 3
10,9,8…1 of;
DU’s and HRPU’s
P1 starts on DU’s while P2 starts on HRPU’s. Switch then repeat down to 1 rep.
All while wearing weighted vest (20/14).
