1500m row while P2 performs max KB swings (53/35). When P1 finishes the row, switch.

Station 2

For 10 minutes, complete;

Weighted lunges (45/25) while P2 performs jumping burpees (along side partner). Once P1 finishes lunging, switch

Station 3

For 10 minutes, complete;

60 box jumps (24/20”) while P2 performs max bear complex (95/65) once P1 finishes, switch.
