Xfit WOD:
Complete the following;
While P1 runs 1 mile, P2 is completing AMRAP of; 10 KB swings + 10 KB squats. Switch once the partner finishes their mile run.
A penalty occurs when an athlete stops working and/or puts KB down. If this happens the partner needs to complete a farmer walk to mid field and back before resuming their AMRAP. In addition to the farmer carry, a 15 push up penalty is assessed to the partner running. The partner running needs to pay attention if this penalty occurs and complete 15 push ups once partner finishes their farmer walk.
