AMRAP, 38 minutes perform the following;

17 Power cleans (125) (reps split, in gym)

11 Pull up’s (in gym)

400M run (out on field, run w/ partner)

17 HRPU’s (out on field)

400M run (out on field, run w/ partner)

17 HRPU’s (out on field)

400M run (out on field, run w/ partner)

11 Pull up’s (in gym)

17 Power cleans (125) (reps split, in gym)

11 Burpee over partner (out on field)
