Xfit WOD:
Station 1: AMRAP within 10 minutes
Between partners accumulate as many wall ball cleans. While one partner works the other partner holds plank. Switch when either partner takes a break. 2 minute rest.
Station 2: AMRAP within 8 minutes
Between partners accumulate as many Bear complex’s. A rd consist of P1 completing 2 Bear complex’s while P2 hangs from pull up bar then switch. (105#). 2 minute rest
Station 3: AMRAP within 6 minutes
Between partners accumulate as many plate pushes (2×45). P1 down, P2 back.
