Today is general prep squat mobilization. Everyone should be familiar with this one, it’s part of our warm up. You’ll want to spend 4-5 minutes on each leg, pay attention to your breathing. Make sure you’re in a balance position (not falling to the right or left.) Once mobilized, spend 2 minutes in the bottom position while holding on to something. You should have better posture, feet staying on the ground and deep breathing shouldn’t be an issue.

Xfit WOD:

1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, 34, 55 for time of;

DU’s (3:1 singles) – up ladder

Wall Balls (20) – down ladder, simultaneously with partner

KB Swings (53) – up ladder

Pull up work;

3×5 Strict + 1 set of AMAP
