50 barbell only thrusters (break reps how you see fit) make sure to run one lap before, during or after you complete your thrusters.
Xfit WOD:
For time complete the following;
25,20,15,10,5 Hang cleans (95/65)
25,20,15,10,5 Back squats (95/65)
**3,2,1…go P1 starts with hang cleans while P2 rest. Once P1 completes the Rx’d rep count (reps can be split how team decides) P2 begins and completes his/her reps (repeat with back squats.) Team rolls their bar approximately 20 yards north, 5 burpee over bar is performed (each teammate) then round 2 starts. After each round, roll the bar another 20 yards, complete 5 burpees over bar then start the next round. Once both partners have completed the last round (5 rep,) start with 5 reps (hang and squat) and start rolling the bar about 20 yards south, finishing where you started with 25 reps hang and squats.
